We are a fully registered, insured, health and hygiene certified business running from a home kitchen in Uxbridge, West London.

ALLERGENS & INGREDIENTS
The Barfi Box shall prepare your order with reasonable care and will take all necessary health and safety precautions.
We DO NOT cook in a dairy, gluten or nut free environment so cannot guarantee that our products will be free from these allergens.
We use products that are manufactured in factories where there may be traces of nuts.
All Barfi as a standard contain the following ingredients:
Milk, Soya & Sulphur Dioxide
Other ingredients may be used for flavour and decoration purposes so please make us aware if there are any allergens we need to avoid with your order. All flavours listed on our menu, have their allergen information described below.
All our boxes come with an allergen sticker at the back of the box for reference.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements before placing your order. Although reasonable care is taken to ensure the Barfi meets dietary requirements, The Barfi Box is NOT liable for any allergic reactions.
ORDER
Should your chosen toppings not be available, we will substitute this for an alternative option from our menu without prior consent.
Similarly, should your chosen ribbon colour not be available, we will choose an alternative option from our range to match your boxes and theme, without prior consent.
PAYMENT
Before making your payment, please check all details listed in your order including any personalisation. Please let us know if any changes need to be made BEFORE making payment.
Should you need to change the date of collection or delivery, this is at the discretion of The Barfi Box and their availability. If they have no availability for your changed date, please refer to “Cancellations & Refunds“ below.
Orders will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment is to be made via bank transfer only.
We cannot hold or reserve dates without payment. Please ensure payment is made within 24 hours of receiving your order details to confirm your order and secure the date.
COLLECTION & DELIVERY
We offer free collection from Uxbridge, West London or Slough, Berkshire.
We can hand deliver locally for an additional charge, based on time and mileage. Please get in touch for more information.
We recommend all Barfi boxes are kept in a cool and refrigerated environment to ensure freshness.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All refunds are at the discretion of The Barfi Box.
We do not offer refunds on cancelled orders. Any payments received are non-refundable and non-transferable.
